Law Nestham Eligibility Criteria

Follow this eligibility criteria given below, if you are getting registration of YSR Law Nestham Scheme:-

Lawyer, who are applying for the scheme should be citizen of Andhra Pradesh.
Applicant should have His / her birth certificate and degree of law from recognized University.
Applicant should have his / her Aadhar Card and all other documents those are proof of their permanent residence.
The lawyer who is applying for this stipend should be registered in rolls of Advocated by State Bar Council under section 17, Act 1961.
Applicant who is practicing under senior advocate and passed his / her law graduation in 2016 and after it, is eligible for the stipned.
All the junior lawyers, who has doing their practice and not completed their three years of practicing can apply.
Junior lawyer who is applying would have to submit his / her affidavit attested by senior advocate, who will have 15 years of experience in advocacy.
Applicant should have the certificate of passing the Bar Council’s examination after two years of practice.
If the advocate will get any job and he /she leaves the profession he / she will have to inform the authority via online or offline mode.
Age of applicant should not be more than 35 years old.
Advocates who are not practicing or have competed their practice can not apply for the scheme.
Advocate who will have four wheeler on his /her name cam not apply for the scheme.
Advocate who have degree of Law but if they are not practicing and busy in other private or government job or running their own business can not apply for the scheme.

Online Registration Procedure for AP Law Nestham

You need to follow some steps given below to apply for this scheme ;

Visit the official website of Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh:- ysrlawnestham.e-pragati.in.
On home page you can see two options Register and Login.
If you have not registered yet, you have to chosen the link Register.
Now enter your Aadhar Number and click on send OTP button.
You will receive an OTP on your Aadhar linked mobile number.
After entered this OTP in required column, you will get application form of YSR Law Nestham Scheme.
Fill this application form and upload soft copies of all your important certificates such as, Birth certificate, law degree certificate and other documents.
After verification click on Submit button.

If you already a Registered Junior Lawyer, Then choose login.
If you a New Advocate, Then choose registration and enter your Aadhar Number.
After Login you will see the Payment status will be displayed on your dashboard.

Note : You can login into this website by using your Aadhar Number and registered mobile number which is linked with your Aadhar card. You will get an OTP on that number and you can successfully check your application status.
