Hello Friends. Rajasthan Government always launches such scheme to raise the standard of education in the sate. So Rajasthan Government has launches a new scheme for education named Mukhyamantri Uch Siksha Scholarship Yojana 2023.
Under this scheme government will provide scholarship on higher education for poor students. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot launched this scheme. So all eligible students who want to apply for this scholarship can apply online and offline for this.

Rajasthan Government wants to encourage poor students for higher education because lack of money they can not afford higher studies. After watching this problem government has started this scholarship for students. Under this scheme students will get Financial assistance every month from government. So every poor student can take higher education and stand on their own feet for future.

Required documents
- Students should have their own Aadhar Card for taking Benefits of this scheme.
- Students should have bank account.
- 10th and 12th mark sheets.
- A passport size photograph of student.
- Registered Mobile Number of student.
- Fee receipt of College admission.
Eligibility Criteria for Students
- Applicant should be permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- Applicant should be passed his/her 12th with at least 60% marks can apply for this scheme.
- Applicant’s family’s annul income should not more than 2.5 lacs.
- Applicant should be regular student of government or government added college of Rajasthan.
- Students are not getting the benefit of any other scholarship from Indian government.
- For taking the benefits of this scheme student should have a bank account. The financial assistance will be directly transferred to student’s bank account.
Benefits of Mukhyamantri Uch Siksha Chatravriti Yojana
- Under this scheme students will get the financial assistance of Rs. 500/- for 10 months in a year. So they will get total Rs. 5,000/- per year.
- Under this scheme, Students who are getting higher studies in colleges will get this scholarship for up to 5 years. If Student left their studies before, he/she will no more get this scholarship.
- Handicapped students will get Rs. 1000/- for 10 months in a year. So they will be able to get 10,000/- per year. But they have to given the copy of 40% physical disability certificate from medical department.
- This scheme will encourage the physically disabled and poor students for higher studies without any financial crises.
Mukhyamantri Uch Siksha Scholarship Yojana Application Form
The step by step procedure is given below, follow these simple step to apply for this scheme :
- For applying you have to visited the official website of Department www.hte.rajasthan.gov.in
- Then you will get the page “ Department of college education, government of Rajasthan”.
- You will get a option online scholarship click on it.
- After clicking on Online Scholarship you will get a new registration page on your mobile or computer screen.
- If you are first time using this portal then you have to register yourself otherwise click on login button.
- After this you will get application form for scholarship. Fill this form with asking details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB ,Gender, aadhar card number and mobile number.
- Then upload all necessary documents such as scanned copy of your passport size photograph, 10th and 12th mark sheets and income certificate etc.
- After verification click on submit button and you will be successfully registered for scholarship.
Offline Application Procedure
- Go to official website of Department www.hte.rajasthan.gov.in
- Download application form and take a printout of it.
- Fill this form with all details and attach all documents and submit it to the principal of your college. And keep in mind it should submitted before last date to apply.
