  1. For taking benefits of Rajasthan free Laptop Vitran Yojana, applicant should be the permanent resident of Rajasthan.
  2. Only those students will get free laptops, who will get 75% marks or above than 75% marks.
  3. Only students of 8th, 10th and 12th will get free laptops under this scheme.
  4. Students family income should not greater than 1 lacs.
  5. Students who studied in other state and now has been migrated to Rajasthan can also apply but they will have to provided Bonafide Rajasthan.
