Update For 1st June 2023:- Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) Again start OTS Scheme with a 100% rebate on Surcharge. This scheme is started on the 1st of June and the last date to take benefit is 2023. In this scheme Farmers having a connection of 5 kilowatts are accepted. If you have an outstanding balance of up to 1 lakh Rs. Then you can pay this in 6 installments. More than 1 lakh Outstanding balance has to pay in 12 equal installments.

LMV 5:- this section is basically for all private tubewell pending bills. So if you are a tubewell Owner and you didn’t pay your bill then this is the right time to take benefit of this scheme.
Benefits of OTS Scheme

- The main and most important benefit of this scheme is, that is registered person or consumer who has a pending electricity bill, will get a 100% rebate on a surcharge on the respected date.
- When a person wants to register then he has to pay only 30% of the principal amount of the pending bill. In this field, he had to exclude surcharges on the given date and then the rest of the current build.
- In case a consumer born to you opt for bill revision, then we can place a request for this. After that, he will get an SMS regarding the correction of the bill. He will see the status office correction on the official website after 7 days of raising the request.
- The applicant wants to apply under this scheme he had to pay the amount (principle of due amount) after the last date current bill (principal amount + surcharge) in one time for installment. Settlement is not available in the case of CSC.

UPPCL OTS Scheme Registration 2023
You can register what is scheme by three methods. All the three methods we will mention in this section of the registration process. Method 1: Self mode is discussed below:
- In this process consumers themselves UPPCL website and register themselves. For this applicant need to projector UP energy official portal.
- On the homepage, you will see an option of OTS For for urban consumers and OTS for rural consumers.
- Choose your area. In case you live in a city like Lucknow Ghaziabad or Agra then you will come to the urban areas. In case you live in the village then you need to choose the rural area.
- For example, if you choose rural then click on it.
- Now a new page is open in front of your screen. On this screen, you will see a box is open.
- In this, you need to enter your 12-digit account number.
- When you enter your 12 digits then you will see the total amount that you have to pay.
- Enter your account number and then fill in the captcha code. Now click on the submit button.
- After submission complete detail of your pending amount will be seen on your screen.
- From here you can pay under the one-time settlement scheme.
Urban area Registration
- In case you click on urban area then a new page will be open again.
- On this page, you have to enter your account number and then click on the check eligibility button.
- In case you are eligible for UPPCL one-time settlement scheme then on this page, you will see you are eligible.
- If you are eligible then follow the procedure and check the pending amount you have to pay.
- Pay this pending amount and complete your process.
UPPCL One Time Settlement Scheme Apply Offline
- In case you didn’t familiar with the online services then you can apply via offline mode.
- For this, you need to visit the departmental office which is the divisional officer, sub-divisional officer (SDO) office.
- By visiting this office you need to fill out the application form and follow the procedure.
Registration With CSC Center
- You can also after the third method which is visiting the CSC center. CSC Centre is basically a common service center also known as Jan Suvidha Kendra.
- In this center you can tell them about the issue and tell them to apply for UPPCL one time settlement scheme.
- Then they will do the whole procedure.
- The CSC centers are useful in remote areas, villages and suburbs.
