ASDM Sudakhya Yojana Assam Skill Development One Month Free Training Registration at sudakhyaassam.in :- To accommodate the nearly 1.25 lakh migrant workers who have moved back to the state during the lockdown, the Assam government is relying on a multi-pronged strategy. It has rolled out an initiative called SAMPARKA, short for Software Application for Migrated People to Assam for Rejuvenating Karma Abhiyan. Over 200 workers have already been registered under the same. Data will be collected at the Panchayat level including when and from where these workers have come; whether they hold MGNREGA job cards; the skill sets they possess; and whether they would like to work for MGNREGA. This data will be shared with all government departments for engagement under MGNREGA, and also with relevant industries who may employ them.

Sudakhya Yojana Assam

Assam Skill Development Mission is registered under Society Act in 2015 and is working under newly created Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Govt. of Assam with the visions of capacity building of unemployed youth and to deliver quality skill training leading to meaningful employment to stimulate economy of the state. A Skill development program “Sudakhya Yojana Assam” launched by Skill Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, Govt. of Assam for the persons who have returned from other states in the age group of 18-40 years due to COVID 19 pandemic. Under the program one-month free training will be given to registered candidates. After successful completion of training candidates will be facilitated for bank loan for self-employment. Efforts will also be made for placement of candidates in industries.

The Assam Government has launched a digital portal named Sudakhya Yojana Assam of Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) and said that this portal would be a big help in identifying the skill sets of returning people and finding employment opportunities for them. The returnees between the age of 18 to 40 years would be able to register themselves in the web portal who would then be provided skill training according to their present skill sets. After the successful completion of the training, ASDM would facilitate bank loans for the trainees for setting up enterprises and for finding self-employment opportunities.

Sudakhya Scheme Assam aims to develop the skill of migrants workers and increase their employability. Assam CM Sonowal launched a digital portal named ‘Sudakhya’ and mentioned that this portal can be a giant assist in figuring out ability units of returning individuals and discovering employment alternatives for them.
