Madhya Pradesh Government recently launch a new government scheme for landless families. If anyone has no land or House, he will be eligible for Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana. This scheme is also known as MP Bhumi Patta Yojana. At the announcement of the scheme, Mukhymantri Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan announce any family in which there is husband, wife, and child, and they have no land to construct than the house, then Madhya Pradesh government will give them bhumi Patta (Plot).
This is a very historic decision taken by State Government for all the land-less people who want to construct their house, but due to the high rate of land, they are not able to afford it. They will get this plot on lease and they can construct their own house under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. These families are also eligible for or other government schemes also.

मध्यप्रदेश की शिवराज सिंह सरकार ने, राज्य के गरीब एवं भूमिहीन लोगों के लिए मुक्त भूमि पट्टा योजना की शुरुआत की है. इस योजना का पूरा नाम मुख्यमंत्री आवासीय भू अधिकार योजना है.
इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के भूमिहीन परिवारों को घर बनाने के लिए भूमि पट्टे आवंटित किए जाएंगे. मध्य प्रदेश पट्टा योजना 2021 के अंतर्गत अगर राज्य में आपके पास कोई भी जमीन नहीं है, तब आप इस योजना के लिए पात्र होंगे.
मुख्यमंत्री आवासीय भू अधिकार योजना
इस योजना के अंतर्गत अधिकतम 60 वर्ग मीटर के पट्टे आवंटित किए जाएंगे. योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए मुख्य पात्रता में आप उस गांव के स्थाई निवासी होने चाहिए जहां पर आप भूमि पट्टा लेना चाहते हैं. आपके परिवार में कोई भी व्यक्ति सरकारी नौकरी अथवा करदाता नहीं होना चाहिए.
इस योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन करने के लिए आपको SAARA विभाग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर पंजीकरण करना होगा. पंजीकरण की पूरी प्रक्रिया पृष्ठ पर संक्षेप में समझाइए गई है. भूमि पट्टा मिलने के बाद लाभार्थी व्यक्ति बैंक से लोन भी ले सकता है तथा घर बनाने के लिए व प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर सकता है.
Eligibility Criteria Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana
- There are some eligibility criteria for applicants who want to apply.
- Only Madhya Pradesh citizens are eligible for this scheme.
- Applicants who do not have any land in their name, are eligible for MP Bhumi Patta Yojana.
- The distribution of land in Patta will be under the surveillance of the district collector.
- Maximum size of plot that is allotted in this scheme is 60 square Meters.
- Anyone having a husband, wife, and unmarried son or daughter is eligible for the scheme.
- An eligible person should be a permanent resident of that particular village in which distribution has been conducted.
- For free Bhumi Bhatta distribution, you have to visit the SAARA official government portal and apply online.
- If you take ration from government shops then you are not eligible for this scheme.
- In your family, if any government employee then you are also not eligible.
- If you are a taxpayer then you are not eligible for this scheme.
- Your name should be on the voter list of that particular village from the 1st of January 2020 in which you want to take Patta.

- On the home page, you will see the Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana link, which is displayed on your screen.
- Click on it, download the application form.
- After downloading feel this form with all the necessary details, and submit it to the revenue department.
- You can also apply online for this scheme. For online you have to download the MP Bhumi Patta application form.
- Fill in all the necessary details which are required at the time of registration.
- After registration, you will get a registration number. Save this registration number for future reference.
