Documents needed JK Ration Card
- Copy of original aadhar card of applicant
- Voter ID card of applicant
- Cast certificate ( in case of SC/ST )

- Income certificate of applicant (for applying APL, BPL or AAY card according to your income)

Apply for Jammu & Kashmir Ration Card 2023
- Go to the official website of Department of Food Civil supplies and consumer Affairs of Jammu & Kashmir www.jkfcsca.gov.in
- On home page click on option Download Form and select Form for General Public option.
- Now select Application Form and click on download and take a printout of it.
- Fill whole form with asked details and upload all necessary documents and paste your passport size photograph and sign the application form at right side on the bottom.
- Now after verification the application form and submit it to your nearest concerned office of the department.
- After submitting the application form you will get a receipt from department.
- With this receipt number you can check your ration card’s status online.
- After verification from Department you will be informed by a SMS on your Registered number and you can collect your ration card from concerned office within 15 to 20 days.

- In the Initial step visit the official portal http://jk.epds.nic.in/JK/epds#.
- Now Click on the Link MIS and Report.
- Now click on reports section.
- Now a New page is open. In witch click on Ration card Drilldown Report.

- Now if yo want more details, then click on your District name, then block name and then village name.
