Applicants Eligibility Criteria to Get Flat

- Applicant must be permanent resident of India.
- Your must be 18 years complete when he registered for a flat.
- Applicant should not have any flat on his/her name. He/ She can took this property on spouse or children name.

DDA Housing Flats Scheme Application Form
Let’s see the whole procedure to apply online on official portal for DDA:-
- Please visit the official portal of DDA www.dda.org.in .
- On home page click on the DDA Housing Scheme link
- After you will get online registration form for booking your flat.
- Enter all details asked, such as candidates Name, Father’s Name, Aadhar Number, Pan Card Number , E-mail Address and registered mobile number.
- Check all your details and click on submit button.
- Then you have to visit home page again for opening your account which you made before.
- Click on login tab and enter your Id and Password and put captcha code below in box.
- Click on submit button.
- After you will get application form where you have to entered all your personal details, bank details, Aadhar number, pan card details and other important details regarding income.
- You have no any need to upload any documents on the time of registration.
- Then you have to pay registration fee at the time of online application.
- After registration you will get flat according to lottery system.

| HIG Flats | In these houses there will be 3 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms. |
| Penthouses | In Penthouse there will be 4 bedroom with attached Bathrooms. In these penthouses a terrace garden and these houses will be fully furnished with luxury. |
| MIG Flats | In these houses there will be 2 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms. |
| LIG Flats | In these houses there will be 1 Bedroom with attach bathroom. |
