From this project around 615 houses will be given to lower-income group people and the remaining 200 will be given to Economically weaker section people.
So CIDCO has started to take applications from the people. So under this lottery, around 9,250 houses will be allotted to low-income group people. These houses will be available in Taloja, Kalamboli, Dronagiri, and Kharghar. This is a new area that is being developed as a residential and industrial hub.
