This scholarship is for those students who want to crack the civil services exams. In Asmita Scholarship Scheme 2022 students will get scholarships in Delhi for 1 to 2 years. Eligibility Criteria For Asmita Scholarship
- They are some terms and conditions that you have to fulfill for the Drishti IAS Asmita Scholarship. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you will be selected for this scholarship.
- An applicant who wants to apply online or should have a clear civil services exam or any other state-level civil services exam at least once in their life.
- Applicant age will be calculated from the 1st of August 2022. The age criteria are given below
- For general category:- 30 years
- Economically weaker section 30 years
- OBC category 33 years
- SC / ST applicants 35 years
- PwdBD/PH category – 37 years
- Applicants should have at least two chances to apply for UPSC CSE Exam.
- The applicant it medium should be Hindi for the civil services exam.
- Applicant should not be employed me in any government or nongovernment job.
- At present application should not avail of any scholarship from the Central or State government or university or any institute, in which we can get 5000 rupees or more than that.
Selection Process
- Every year there is a selection of 50 applicants for this scholarship. The selection process will be conducted once a year. In special conditions selection will be held twice a year.
- In case Drishti IAS does not get eligible candidates then the number of students will decrease. In case eligible students are more than 50 then this number may be increased.
- This selection process will be conducted in 3 steps. The pattern of selection is like a civil services exam. In which pre exam, main exam, and then interview.
- This exam is 700 marks. The final exam is 500 marks and the interview is 200 marks.
- Before the result 1 cut-off list will be released, and selection will proceed according to that.
Registration Fee
For this exam, the applicant should have to pay 500 rupees with GST. This amount is a one-time registration fee which is nonrefundable. This registration fee includes an examination as well as an interview.
Important Documents
- In the initial registration process, there is no requirement for a passport-size photograph or any other documents like a certificate number.
- Applicants should have to carry their Aadhar card at the time of the exam.
- Applicants who will be selected in the pre-exam have to fill out the next examination form. In this home, they have to attach important documents and digital copies.
- Applicants who will be selected for interviews, have to carry their all important documents.

Asmita Scholarship Scheme Registration
- For registration, you have to visit the official website of Drishti IAS.
- You can directly visit the registration page:- www.drishtiias.com/asmita.
- When you click on registration then you have to enter your phone number. Then one OTP will be generated. Verify yourself and then the application form will be open on a screen.
- In the Asmita Scholarship occasion form firstly have to enter your name, gender, date of birth, father name, mother name, and category.
- Then you have to give an answer are a candidate which is coming under the disability benchmark. Give your answer yes or no.
- Give information whether you belong to a minority community or not.
- Then give your marital status, enter your Aadhaar number, select state, and then correspondence address.
- Then enter your permanent address.
- In the next section, you have to enter your email ID, mobile number, and alternate mobile number.
- Next is to give an answer have you completed your graduation. Give your answer yes or no.
- If your answer is yes then select your graduation subject, completion year, and the percentage you gain in graduation.
- Now click on the Next button.
- The next page and detail and then submit your application form online.
