To do that you can complete your APTIDCO House Registration 2023 with the necessary documents and complete the eligibility criteria.
APTIDCO’s full name is Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation. APTIDCO is a nodal agency for fulfilling the task of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The main task of this agency is to provide houses in rural or in urban areas. These houses will be very affordable for the poor people of the state. APTIDCO agency will provide affordable houses by providing subsidies on the loan amounts. So under this scheme low-income groups people and economically weaker sections people can take house loans from banks and finance companies at a 6.5% loan amount rate. They will have paid back this loan amount in 15 years and this loan amount can be up to 6 lacs.
These houses will be provided to EWS with the help of private companies and industries. To provide houses to poor people central government will give 1.5 lacs financial assistance to beneficiaries and 1.5 lacs will be given by the state government. This housing project should be a mix of different houses and central financial will be given if there will be 35% of houses will be given to poor people from 250 houses in a single project.

Eligibility Criteria for APTIDCO Scheme
- Andhra Pradesh’s Residents are eligible for applying for these affordable houses under the TIDCO.
- Economically weaker people and low-income groups people are eligible and their monthly income should be up to 25,000/-.
- People should not have any other house or property in their name if they are applying for a house under APTIDCO.

APTIDCO Affordable Housing Scheme 2023 Registration
Now for every registration, you can apply online. This has been a very easy procedure. Before the online procedure, it was a very lengthy offline procedure where it was very difficult to collect related documents and then apply for the scheme. Now you can apply from sitting at your home.

- Now upload scanned copies of all the mandatory documents with your passport photograph and sign etc.
- Now click on Submit and Proceed.
- On the next page, you have to pay the booking amount for the house.
- Pay booking amount via net banking, credit/debit card, and click on the submit button.
- You will be informed if you will be selected for the house to buy.
Area and Price of the house under APTIDCO
So under this housing scheme, TIDCO has already started the construction work of around 5 lacs houses. This house will be in three different sizes. These houses will be in 300 sq. ft., 365 sq. ft., and 430 sq. ft. Around 2.5 lacs houses in different urban areas have been ready to give to the beneficiaries. The remaining 2.5 lacs housework will be started very soon. The government has planned to spend around 9500 crores rupees on these houses till 2023.
Around 1.5 lacs houses of 300 sq. ft. belong to the low-income group people. 44,300 houses are 365 sq. ft. and 74,300 Houses are 430 sq. ft. area. The houses of 300 sq. ft. area will be given to beneficiaries in rupees 1 lac and the government will spend around 3,800 crores rupees. The government of Andhra Pradesh will spend 482 crores for the other two areas of houses. People have to pay around 50,000 to 1 lac rupees as per the area of the house. The rest amount will be paid via a long-term bank loan.
Recently it was declared by the Minister of Energy, Environment, Forest, Science, and Technology that around 4,128 beneficiaries will get houses in Ongole City. And around 30 lacs families will get land for making their own house in the state.
