The full name of the scheme is the One Time Settlement Scheme. The scheme has been already introduced in the state from the 8th of December 2021.

Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister has introduced this scheme for his people. He told that this scheme is for people who want to get the rights of their land and properties. No one will be forced to do this. So this is a housing and land registration scheme which have already started its online applications. Under this scheme, people will be benefited from so many other things.

All the applicants who want to do registration under AP OTS Scheme 2022 Home Loan One Time settlement scheme, can do it online. The complete process will be explained in this post.

Features of AP OTS Scheme

So read below to see the benefits and some major features of this scheme:-

• Government of Andhra Pradesh will waived off all the loans of poor people of rural areas who have taken these loans to make their homes. Around 10,000 crores of loans will be waived off. And there will be no registration fee for these people.
• Chief minister has asked their officers to give complete Information to people about this scheme that people will get the rights on their properties under this scheme.
• So under OTS scheme people will get rights on their properties and they can also take loans on their properties.
• If people do not want to use the benefits of this scheme, this will be their choice.
• Chief minister has announced that people who have paid their loan amount in previous government’s period will get the full right on their homes. Around 43,000 homes will be registered. And this registration will be continued in future also.
• Under AP OTS scheme  section 22-A has finished or removed and their will be nostamp duty, transfer duty and user fees for AP OTS registration.
• This is very beneficial scheme for all the poor people of the state. Because they can sell their properties if they want to sell it. And the registration of this scheme will be acceptable from 21th of December 2021.

Eligibility Criteria and Benefits OTS Scheme

• So people who belongs to Andhra Pradesh can take benefits of AP OTS scheme.
• Before give the ownership to the land holder, a survey will be done by the government. People who will satisfy this survey will get ownership under AP OTS scheme.
• This survey will be done, serial wise.
• This process will be ended in 2023.

AP House Loan OTS (One Time Settlement) Scheme

So as we know that this is a time taking procedure. In the first phase of this scheme, the survey will be done for all the land. It will be done via drone. So till the government of Andhra Pradesh didn’t launch any official portal or didn’t give any direct official link on which people can apple or register themselves for OTS (One Time Settlement) scheme. So whenever the government of Andhra Pradesh will announce something new about the OTS scheme. We will surely update it on our website and tell you all about this scheme.
