These off-grid solar-powered agricultural pumps would be deployed in phase wise manner under Mukhyamantri Solar Pump Yojana Maharashtra. The target of distributing solar water pumps to farmers under Maharashtra Atal Saur Krushi Pump Yojana is 1 lakh for the next 3 years starting from January 2023.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Solar Krishi Pump Scheme has been launched by the state government to provide irrigation facility to farmers in an easy manner.
