If you go for treatment is PGIMER doctor will give you a form for required tests. Pay for these tests if there will be any charges for your test on the fee counter. • Enter 12-digit CR number and click on generate OTP.

• Now you will get an OTP on your mobile number.

• Enter OTP and you can click on the get report button.

• Now from the home page choose the option Pre Registration.

• After this click on the New/Old Pre-registration link.

• Now choose Yes if you have Central Registration Number.
• Now the list of departments will be in front of you.

• Now scroll down and enter your CR number which will be present on your patient card.
• Click on generate OTP.
• Now an OTP will come on your registered number.

• Enter OTP and you can see your card details.

• After that, you can choose the date when you want to visit the hospital and enter the captcha code given below.

• Now choose the date on which date is available. Choose a date and then proceed.

• After that, a screen message will be in front of you. Take the printout of it.
• Now you can show this printout while visiting the hospital or you can also show the same thing you will get on your registered mobile number.

• When you will show this message on the counter they will guide you to go to the related floor.
• Then after going to that floor you can get your room number and you can wait outside that room till your name will be called.
