Selection Process

The selection of the candidate is totally based on round discussions and personal interviews. In this process, we will tell you what are the main selection criteria and how you have to prepare for this.

Group Discussion Round 1

• In the first round, there is a group discussion in which you have to participate.
• In this group, the discussion roadies team will choose 15 to 20 candidates and give them a particular topic.
• Every person has two give their opinion on that particular topic and tell them about their thoughts on that topic.
• The expert panel will monitor all the participants.
• Now they will note down the names of all the active candidates that are good in discussion and they will be called for a personal interview.

Personal Interview Round 2 (final round)

• This is a final round in which selected participants have to give a personal interview to the respected judges.
• In the judge’s panel, there are three to four judges.
• In this interview, they will ask you various questions and your opinions regarding your application form.
• Face-to-face discussion is conducted in interviews.
• Also, they will give you some tasks with props that are already placed on one table.
• If you are selected for this show, then you will get a call from the Roadies team for the shooting of the first episode.
