Odisha Teacher Transfer Guidelines for Primary Teachers
Inter District Transfer Guidelines
- Teacher who have minimum 1 year service as a teacher on contract basis can apply for mutual transfer.
- For terminal illness they can see the guidelines by H&FW Department.
- Teachers can also apply for inter district transfer. But inter district transfer will be applicable only once in the whole teaching career.
Intra District Transfer Guidelines
- All the regular teachers of all categories who have completed their 6 years of services can apply for Intra district transfer.
- This rule will be not applicable in cases of Mutual Transfers and terminal illness for regular teachers.
- Teachers on contract can apply for mutual transfer and terminal illnesses.
Odisha Teacher Transfer Guidelines for Secondary Teachers
Inter-District Guidelines
- This transfer will be applicable for all TGT, PCM, TGT Arts and TGT-CBZ who have completed their 15 years of service. This transfer will not applicable for those who have applied for mutual transfers and terminal illness of self.
- Inter District mutual transfer will be applicable for teachers with minimum service of 1 year on contract basis.
- Guidelines by H&FW department will be applied for Terminal illness of self.
- Inter district transfer will be applicable only once in whole teaching career.
