Eligibility Criteria for MJPSKY Scheme
- Applicant who wants to apply for this scheme must be permanent resident of Maharashtra State.
- This scheme is only applicable on farmers, whose only occupation is farming. The people who depend on farming can apply for this scheme.
- If the farmer is economically weaker and comes under BPL families, only they will be eligible for taking benefits of this scheme.
- The farmers who have taken loans from 1 March 2015 to 31 March 2019 can apply for this loan waiver scheme.
- Only small and marginal farmers will be eligible to take benefits of this scheme.
- This scheme is only applicable for the loans up to 2 lacs.

The Chief minister of Maharashtra has announced that willing candidates who wants to forgive their loans from government can apply offline. Applicant would have to gone any bank from where he had taken the loan and asked for the application form for waived off their loans under this scheme.
After getting form applicant would have to filled whole form carefully and attach all documents which needed with this form. Applicant would have to taken all original document with him/her for verification. After attaching necessary documents applicant would have to submitted in same bank where he had taken loan. After all verification done branch will start the loan waiver procedure and amount will be directly transferred into beneficiaries bank accounts.
