Hockey India Registration Online
- For the registration process, I visited the official website of Hockey India.
- You can directly visit the registration page:- https://muportal.hockeyindia.org.
- On the registration page, you will see a link to player registration. Click on it.
- In the initial step of player registration, you have to enter the member unit name. Then mention Hockey India ID card was issued or not. If you have an ID card then enter the ID card number and then click on proceed button.
- Wait for a few seconds and then the player registration form will be open on your screen.
Hockey India Player Registration
- From where you have to fill in player details like first name, Middle name, last name, mobile number, date of birth, email ID, father name, and then click on the Next button.
- After that submission, you will get an activation link on your email ID. Click on that link, ok and then you will redirect to the clear the registration form again.
- Now you will see step 1 is completed. Now we have to proceed with step 2 at is school/employer information.
- So in this section, you have to fill in other details like your permanent address, correspondence address with the state name, and city name.
- Then click on proceed button.
- Now we have to select the type of school/college/employer from the official website.
- If there is an employer then he had to field details like company name, working as, and company address.
- Now in the next section upload your documents for verification. Select document type and document number. Upload that document, select place, and date, and then click on submit profile.
- After submission one popup will be open on your screen today confirmation message. If everything is correct then click on the complete registration button.
- Now registration completed message will be displayed on your screen. One activation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Open your email id and click on the link which is sent by Hockey India.
- After clicking on that, you will get a successful verification message on the Hockey India website. After verification from your state hockey department from where you belong, your profile will be activated on Hockey India.
