Recently the Chief Minister of Haryana state has announced a new pension scheme (Haryana Patient Pension Scheme) for those people who are fighting with serious illness due to Kidney Disease, Cancer and HIV. Eligibility Criteria for HIV, Cancer, Kidney Patient Pension Scheme
- Patient must be permanent citizen of Haryana and he/she have Residential proof such As : Aadhar card, voter ID card and pan card etc.
- The patient has a serious disease like cancer or HIV and he/she should have all the medical treatment Certificates of any Hospital that he/she is suffering from serious health problem.
- Patient who wants this health pension should be 18 years old or above and if he/she is below than 18 years then this pension would be transferred to guardians bank accounts. ( Patient would have to provide their age proof for taking this pension )
- The annual income of family should not more than 2 lacs ( patient have to provided their annual income certificate at the time of registration ).

- Visit the official website of Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Haryana.
- On home page you can apply for pension as per your eligibility.
- Click on the registration button and then a New application form is open.
- In the application form, You need to provide you personal details. Then provide Disease Details Like in witch disease you are suffering (HIV, Kidney Disease or Cancer).
- Also Provide you Bank account details, so you will get beneficiary amount.
