Haryana Mahila Samridhi Yojana | हरियाणा महिला समृद्धि योजना SC/ST/OBC Application Form:- Haryana Suksham Rin Yojana Online Apply
Haryana government is inviting online applications for Mahila Samridhi Yojana (महिला समृद्धि योजना) at saralharyana.gov.in or www.hsfdc.org.in.
This MSY scheme has been launched to provide self employment opportunities to people belonging to scheduled caste (SC) category particularly women. People from SC category can now apply online by filling MSY Haryana Registration / Application Form at Antyodaya Saral Portal. Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (HSFDC) department has released advertisement for Mahila Samridhi Yojana.
Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 on 02.01.1971. It is a wholly Govt. owned Corporation with 51% share of State Govt. and 49% share of Govt. of India.
Haryana Mahila Samridhi Yojana
The Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation was originally incorporated with an authorised share capital of Rs.2.00 crores on 02.01.1971 which was subsequently enhanced to Rs. 80.00 crores on 04.09.2012. In this MSY scheme, the state govt. will provide loans upto Rs. 60,000 at only 5% per annum rate of interest.
In addition to this scheme, the state govt. has also started a new Micro Credit Finance (सूक्षम ऋण योजना) Scheme. The main objective of Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation is to undertake the tasks of socio-economic upliftment of the Scheduled Castes in the State.

हरियाणा अनुसूचित जाति वित्त और विकास निगम (HSFDC) विभाग ने महिला समृद्धि योजना (Mahila Samridhi Yojana) के लिए विज्ञापन जारी किया है | इस महिला समृद्धि योजना (MSY) में, राज्य सरकार केवल 5% प्रतिवर्ष की ब्याज दर से 60,000 रुपये तक का ऋण प्रदान करेगा | इस योजना के अलावा, राज्य सरकार ने एक नई सूक्षम ऋण योजना (Micro Credit Finance) भी शुरू की है |
Eligibility Criteria of MSY
Thereafter, cases of eligible applicants are placed before the selection committee by the District Managers for sanction. After selection of beneficiaries, the requisite sanction is issued for grant of loan to the beneficiaries concerned. All Candidates who are willing to apply online application then download official notification and read all eligibility criteria and application process carefully. - Firstly visit the official Antyodaya Saral Portal at https://saralharyana.gov.in/
- At the homepage, click at the “New User ? Register Here” link present under the Login section.
- You Can Check Details:- Online Here

- Upon clicking this link, the Haryana Mahila Samridhi Yojana online registration form.
- Accordingly, make registration and then make login using “Login ID” and “Password”. Then in the new window, click at the “Apply For Services” and then click at the “View All Available Services” link. In the next window, type “Mahila Samridhi” in the Search box.
- Subsequently, select the service name as “Application for Mahila Samridhi Yojana(for Self Employment Income Generating Schemes only for Female Beneficiaries)” by HSFDC department.
- Then the Yojana online application form will appear.
- Here applicants can enter all their details accurately and submit the completely filled in MSY application form to complete the apply online process.
