Rajanath Singh Launch the new portal i.e. AFD CDS Online portal for all the beneficiaries of the Armed forces, air forces, and navy forces. So many people are serving in these forces. So the government requested all the beneficiaries to register themself under the portal to get the facility of this government service.

CSD AFD Online Portal Registration
AFD CDS Online portal was launched by the defense minister in Delhi on the occasion of one function for the CDS canteen cardholders. There are all the chiefs of all the forces like General Bipin Rawat, Naval staff Admiral Karambir Singh, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, and also Defence secretary Dr. Ajay Kumar are came to the function. Terms and Conditions of AFD CDS Portal
- The purchased item is only for personal use. If any beneficiary purchases the four-wheeler then they are not sold or transferred before the 4 years of their purchase time.
- There are some conditions if there is any violation of rules or wrong information about the category like officer/JCO/OR etc. In case of being ineligible as per pay level, purchase four-wheelers within 8 years, purchase two-wheelers within four years, for this condition is that “ I am Liable to the actions which are written below:-
- My demand will be canceled.
- After 90 days refund the money.
- Blocked all my canteen smart cards for the 3 years.
- Serving per case- my unit will be informed to initiate disciplinary action against me.
- If there is a withdrawal of any application, cancellation of my demand for any personal reason after the issue of the purchase order, I am liable for the following action:-
- In my refund amount, 5% is deducted from the total cost as cancellation charges.
- After 90 days the balance amount will be refunded.
I understand that all chargeback/ disputes for the online payment methods on this portal will not be entertained as the amount gets deposited to consolidated funds of India. If any taken me separately from depot/CDS head office and not from the issuing Ban, refund it.
I accept all the above conditions.
Eligibility Criteria for Four wheelers in CSD AFD Online Portal
Eligibility criteria are based on the pay level of the personnel.
| Pay Level 3 A to 6 Pay Band | Under the Pay Level 3A to 6, there are Armed Forces Employees, retired persons and widows included. Cost:- Rs. 6lakhs without All taxes. Periodicity:- In it, the candidate purchases the first car during the service and the second is after retirement. When the employee completes their five years in the defense service then they can purchase their first Car. If they purchase the second car then there is s gap minimum of 8 years. Conditions for the widow are if her husband purchases the card during their service time and also after the retirement then she is not eligible for the four-wheeler. Widow purchased the card if her husband purchase only one car during the service time and the second car purchased by her within the gap of 8 years of the first car. |
| Pay Level 7 to 9 Pay Band | All the serving and retired personnel of the armed forces and widows. Cost:- Rs. 6 Lakhs without Tax. Periodicity:- in this pay level candidates purchase the first card on the position of OR and after the promotion of JCO, they can purchase the second car, and after the retirement third car. When the employee completes their five years in the defense service then they can purchase their first Car. If they purchase the second car then there is s gap minimum of 8 years. Conditions for the widow are if her husband purchases the card on their service time and also after the retirement then she is not eligible for the four-wheeler. Widow purchased the card if her husband purchased only one car during the service time and the purchase of the second car by her within the gap of 8 years of the first car. |
| Pay Level 10 to 18 Pay band | Personnel of Armed forces and retired candidates and widows pay level 10 to 18. Cost: – Rs. 15 Lakhs without any Tax. Periodically:- In this pay level personnel purchase the cars once in 8 years. |
| Civil Defence Officers Pay Band | Pay level 11 to 18 for all the civil Defence Officers who are giving their services. Cost:- Rs. 15 lakhs without any Tax. Periodically:- they purchase the Car or four-wheelers once in eight years. |
Eligibility Criteria For Purchased CSD AFD Products
All the Canteen Smart Cardholders purchased the two-wheelers/ AC/ Fridge/ washing Machine by the portal. To purchase any products there are some eligibility:-
- Products are purchased only by the employee and retired candidates from Armed Forces.
- In the Civil Defence employees who are serving are eligible.
- Purchase the second two-wheelers before the first vehicle after four years.

CSD AFD Online Portal Registration
On the official website, applicant do CSD AFD Online Portal registered their self. We share with you the easy steps for registration/login on the official website:-
Login Process of AFD CDS Online Portal
- Registered candidates visit the official website.
- For login on the homepage click on the Shop Now link.
- If you are not registered then click on the ‘Not a member yet? Register now’ option.
- On the new page enter the name, card ID, and Chip Number which is on the Grocery Card or canteen Card.
- Enter the mobile number. Now click on the send OTP option.
- For the verification enter the OTP number.
- Now enter the username, grocery card, PAN number, Email Id, etc.
- In the last click on the submit option.
- After the submission officials verify all the details and proceed.
- If the registration is approved by the official then the applicant gets the mail on their registered email ID.
- After completing, the login process applicant received the OTP on their registered mobile number.

- To Login into the CSD AFD portal, an Army person needs to visit the offcial website.
- On the home page, the user needs to enter credentials.
- In this section enter the user name, and password, fill captcha code and finally Enter OTP.
- OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter that OTP into the website and click on Validate Button.
Online Payments on AFD CDS Online Portal
Applicants pay the payment in the following ways:-
- Through the Credit Card or debit card.
- UPI.
- Net banking and
- Bank transfer.
For the Bank transfer method download the E- Challan by the Payment gateway with the Virtual Account Number, IFSC code, and amount deposited by the NEFT/RTGS. After that take the printout of the e-Challan and the bank of the applicant to enter all the details of NEFT/RTGS on the E- Challan.
Important Note: – E- Challan is valid only for one-time transactions. The amount of the payment is clearly mentioned on the e- Challan if there is any mistake then the payment gateway will reject the payment. The amount of the payment is refunded is a bank in a bank account.
