KDA New Plot Scheme 2023

Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in KDA, there are 3072 houses that will be constructed in Jawahar Puram and 4800 houses will be constructed in stabdi Nagar Yojana. The application forms for this process started in March 2023 and it will continue till April 2023.

All the application forms are invited online. After the huge response to the KDA housing scheme then the last date extended to apply online is now extended to 2023.

KDA New Plot Scheme Apply Online 2023

If you want to apply for the KDA housing scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, then you have to register yourself on the official website of KDA India.

Firstly you have to visit the official website of Kanpur Development Authority which is http://www.kdaindia.co.in/.
On the official website, you will see a notification regarding the Shatabdi Nagar Yojana and jawaharpuram sector Yojana.
Then you have to visit any HDFC Bank in Kanpur and you have to pay the registration fee which is 5000 rupees online mode.
After paying the registration fee you can register yourself from the official KDA website or you can also register yourself from any HDFC Bank Kanpur branch.
If you demand draught will be successfully reached to the authorities then you will be registered under the data of RERA.
In case of any successful application, there is no application approved.

KDA Housing Scheme Registration process

To do your registration online you have to visit the official website of KDA http://www.kdaindia.co.in/en/index.php

On the homepage, you will see the section of finding new registration open for Shatabdi Nagar scheme and jauharpur Sector 1 scheme.

Choose your scheme and then click on it after that and a new page will open on your screen.
On this page, you will see all the important documents which you need to require and the payment process.

At the end of the page proceed to a new application you have to click on it.

Now application form is open on your screen in which you have to give your name, Aadhaar number, re-enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, date of birth, age, gender, marital status, father name/ mother name, Aadhaar number of a spouse, Aadhaar number of father and religion.

In the next section, you have to fill, choose your unique Identity. Other Options are voter ID card pan card passport driving license ration card other.

Now upload your passport-size photograph.
If you are from any reserved category then you have to select your categories like SC, ST, OBC, and general.
After that, you have to upload your certificate.

In case of any disability, you have to upload your disabled certificate.
Next thing you have to upload your income certificate.
In the end, you have to provide your bank details.

Then you have to choose your current address in which your complete address with your district and state name.
Also provide information about your permanent address details.
At the end you have to give some answers for the given questions.
Choose according to you and then select your nominee name and nominee details.
At the end tick on the declaration form and then click on the submit button.
