You can follow the given procedure to apply online for the scheme ;

• Visit the official website to apply. You can reach to the website by clicking on this link ; https://fpp.gujarat.gov.in/

• After clicking on this link, you will get the home page of the website.
• Here you can see the Login option.
• If you are already registered then login with your user name and password.

• Otherwise select the link New User below the Login tab.
• Enter User Name of your choice.
• Select a password
• Enter the captcha code and click on Login.
• On this page you can change your forgot password, Change your mobile number and link your account with your Aadhar Number.
• Now login with your user name and password and enter captcha code.
• It will redirect the farmer to the oage where he/she can register themselves.

• Now choose the Date Entry option from this page.
• Select the scheme for which you are going to register yourself.
• Now choose New Enroll tab.

• Now fill the Step 1 with your personal details such as Your Full Name, Mobile Number, Aadhar Number etc.

• In Aadhar Details Section enter your name as per Aadhar Card, Date of Birth and Gender.

• Now click on Verify Tab.
• Now click on the declaration tab click on continue tab.
• Now fill the details in Step 2.
• Here enter the District, Block,  Village and KhataNumber and click on the continue tab.

• Now fill the details under Step 3.
• Here Enter your Bank details such as Bank Name, Branch Name, IFSC Code and Bank Account Number.

• Now click on Preview tab to see the whole application form.

• Accept all Terms and Conditions and enter your Mobile Number.
• Now click on Send OTP .
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
• Enter this OTP in required place and Submitit.
• Now click on option Manage Documents.

• Upload all documents and size should not be more than 300 kb otherwise your documents will not be uploaded.

• Now press back and you can take printout of it.
