As we all know that the Yamuna Expressway authority release and notification regarding religion shall plots. Now the registration is continue till 30th of March 2021. This lottery is organized for or 450 plots near the upcoming airport at Jewar. Lottery result date is already finalized and now you have to wait for the lottery result date. In this lottery you can pay your amount by three main options which are mentioned below.

Option One:- this is the first option in which you can pay hundred percent of the total amount of plot in the 60 days when you get the allotment letter.

Option 2:- in tissue have to pay 50% of the total premium amount of your plot. It will include the registration fee. This amount will be paid in the next 60 days when you get allotment letter. The remaining 50% amount will be paid equal half yearly installment. This will be started from the 61st day of allotment.

Option 3:- If you have less amount of money then you can opt this option. In this option you have to pay 30% of the total premium of your plot in which registration fee is included. Amount is also paid within the 60 days you will get the allotment letter. The remaining 70% of amount is paid in the 10 half yearly installment and it is started from 61 first of day when you get allotment.

All the people who want to buy a Residential plot for themselves need to visit their nearest ICICI Bank branch and they can take Application form from there and fill this form and attach all necessary documents and submit this application form to Concerned officer.

Fee Criteria for YEIDA

You can follow the fee criteria given below:-

• Applicant will have to paid processing fee which is non refundable fee of rupees 25,000/- with GST.
• With the processing fee applicant have to paid Registration fee which is 10% of total amount and this will be refundable.
• Applicant have to paid the allotment fee after registration fee. This fee, you will have to paid within 60 days after issuing the allotment letter.
• If the applicant pay full amount of his/her property then he/she will get rebate of 2 % on his property.
• If the applicant is not able to pay his allotment fee within 60 days his/her allotment will be cancelled from authority.
