West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee launches many welfare scheme in her state. Now she has announced other welfare scheme called  WB Swasthya Sathi Scheme 2023.This scheme provide health benefits to people who have not health card before. Under this scheme all people  will be covered. Overall this scheme gives benefits to poor people who could not afford medical treatment due to lack of sources and income.

WB Swasthya Sathi Application Form

People will get health Insurance of Rs. 5 lacs per year. It has been assumed that total 2.5 crore will get Benefits under this scheme. Ayushman Bharat Yojana of India gives 60% benefits to people but this scheme of West Bengal will cover 100% people of the state.

Eligibility Criteria of Swasthya Sathi Scheme

Please check eligibility criteria for the scheme given below :

• Applicant must belongs to West Bengal State.
• Health smart Card will be issued on the name of female member of the house.
• The women who is applying for this health smart card should not take any other scheme of the West Bengal Government.
• Family should have BPL card to apply for this health smart card.
• Applicant who is working as civil volunteer can also apply for this smart card.

• To track down the Swasthya Sathi Hospital List, You need to visit the Official Portal.
• You can visit:- https://helpline.swasthyasathi.gov.in/ssHospitalDdetails.aspx
• Then Choose State, District, Hospital Type and Hospital Grade.
• Then click on the submit button.
• Now you will see the Hospital List according to your district.

WB Swasthya Sathi Form B Apply Online

• Go to your nearest government hospital and get Application form.
• Executive will start the all procedure of filling form. Provide all necessary documents to the executive for further procedure.
• Now Write applicants name and his father name empty box.
• After that enter your full address such as village, PO and district and fill the minority status (Yes/No).
• Enter your cast (ST,OBC and SC) if employed enter your Department in box
• Fill all asked question and after that provide all your family members details, Aadhar number and Khadya Sathi ID number.
• Keep signature in right direction on the bottom of the form.
• After the completion of the application system will generate your ID and password.
• Now you will be able to download your smart cards on the official portal www.swasthyasathi.gov.in by login with your ID and password generated by hospital.

• Then go to the search card section.
• This is Digital Heath card witch is provided, you can check the status of this card online.
• Now enter the required details and check card status.

Download Swasthya Sathi Mobile App.

• Open paly store of your mobile phone.
• Now type Swasthya Sathi App in search box.
• Then click on search and you will get Swasthya Sathi Mobile App on your phone.
• Now Install it and after some time it will be downloaded in your mobile phone.

Note : You can check your card status any time by login Into your mobile app  with your ID and password generated by executive.
