Objective of UPNL
The main objective to launch this portal is to do some efforts to provide Employment opportunities to the ex-servicemen and their dependent families. This portal is an outsourcing company to arranges jobs for retired soldiers and their dependents.

- Now you can view the home page of the website, please find the option रिक्तियां/निविदाएं
- Now after a click on this option choose vacancies from the dropdown.
- Now you will get a new page on your screen And you can see the different jobs in different places of Uttarakhand.
- Now choose as per your qualification or experience.
- After choosing a suitable job, a new page will be opened in front of you. It will be the Application form for that particular job which you have selected for you.
- Now fill whole Application form with all Necessary details and upload all necessary documents and click on submit button.
