If you want to apply for a liquor shop in Uttar Pradesh, you have to give some important documents given below :

• Status Certificate of applicant.
• Permanent residence proof of applicant.
•  Soft Copy of Aadhar Card, Pan Card and Voter Id Card.
• Soft copy Passport size photograph.

Important information for Wine Shop Owners

• It will be necessary to all new applicants to register for liquor shop on official website  expect  for the first phase of e-renewal and e-lottery applicants.
• You can register only on pan card number, only then your registration will be valid.
• Time of filling the procedure fee has already increased till the 27 February 2021 for the second phase Registration for all the applicants who want to apply for wine shops, Desi Daru Theka and others.

• Computer file which will Uploaded by you should not more than 100 KB and passport size photograph of applicant should be  Jpg document in 50 KB. All the file should be in prescribed format.
