Under this scheme, the Uttar Pradesh government will provide houses to economically weaker sections of people and destitute people in Uttar Pradesh.

Economically weaker, low-income groups people and poor people ( BPL cardholders) will get their own houses at very low prices than market price. UPAVY board has started many flats, houses, and plots schemes on different names in Lucknow and other cities.

Eligibility criteria to Get Houses / Flats / Plots UPAVP

The eligibility criteria to apply for this scheme is given below:-

• Applicant must be permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
• Applicant should have all valid document such as Aadhar Card, Income Certificate, BPL card, identity proof, Passport size photograph.
• Only people who belong to poor and economically weaker section can apply to take benefits of this scheme.

• There are many people in Lucknow who are struggling to buy their own dream house. People have to pay only 13.6 lacs for 400 sq. Ft. house. There will be no lottery system to allotted the houses. The houses would be allotted with “come first and get first” system.

• Modern facilities such as parks, playgrounds and educational institutions will be provided in these townships.
• Uttar Pradesh housing development council will provide 3,516 Pradhan Mantri Awas in 19 cities of Uttar  Pradesh
• Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has offered houses in very cheap prices.
• The Beneficiaries will get rebate of up to 2,50,000.
