- Go to the official portal of Integrated & Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System (IIPGCMS) cmhelpline.tnega.org
- Now home page of the website would be opened in front of you.
- Choose the option File a Grievance.
- Now if you will be Registered in the portal then you can continue with the procedure.
- If you do not have a registered contact then click on the Sign Up option and complete the process of Sign Up.
- Enter your Full Name and Contact Number and click on the Next button.
- An OTP will be received on your registered mobile number.
- Enter this OTP in a given space and fulfill the process of the Sign Up procedure.
- Now Go back to the Home Page of the website.
- Click on the File a Grievance option.
- In the Petitioner column enter the Mobile Number.
- Now choose the Public or individual option.
- Now enter Grievance Details.
