First thing you have the Applicant form of Svayem Scheme.
Applicant’s business Registration Certificate.
License of business of the applicant.
Applicant’s skill development training Certificate if needed.
Birth certificate of the applicant for age verification.
Copy of original Aadhar Card.
Identity proof of the applicant (Voter ID card or ration card etc.).

Eligibility criteria for Svayem Scheme

To apply for Assam Svayem Scheme 2023, applicant should be permanent citizen of the Assam.
Income limit is not applicable to take benefit of this scheme.
Applicant’s age should not less than 18 years old.
There should not be any loan on candidate, who wants to take the Benefits of the scheme.
Applicant’s minimum qualification should be at least 8^th pass.
Skill development training is also mandatory to apply for this scheme.
Applicant who has been taking the Benefits of any other government’s scheme is not eligible for this scheme.

Procedure to apply for Svayem Scheme

After visiting the site on home page find the option Application Form for the Svayem Scheme. And double click on it.
Now you will get the pdf file of application form, download it and take a printout of it.
Now fill all details about yourself and attach all important documents which are required to fill the form.
Now submit your application form in DLC ( District Level Committee) office .
DLC will interrogate all the documents and send these to Concerned banks for approval.
Now after verification bank will provide status of applications on MIS system of the scheme.

Benefits of Svayem Scheme

Around 2 lacs of people will get Financial assistance on credit in this scheme for starting their own business.
Total budget of rupees 1,000 crore has been sanctioned to implications of this scheme.
Under this scheme rupees 50,000 will be given on credit to beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries can repay of their loan in 3 to 7 years.
Under this scheme people can start their shops, repairing shops, rural transportation, service center and salon etc.
