NCDC Sahakar Mitra Scheme 2023 Internship Program Registration | सहकार मित्र योजना:- The Corporation had introduced Summer Internship Programme (SIP) in the year 2012-13 with an objective to provide work related learning experience in the core and special fields of functioning of NCDC to students of professional courses and to project contribution and achievements of NCDC in the development of cooperatives.

Subsequently, the scheme was expanded to cover different states by offering SIP to students (in 2nd year of MBA Agri-Business) from State Agricultural Universities in the states where NCDC Regional Offices are located. Interns have gained valuable knowledge and experience in cooperative sector over the years.

Basic Key points of Sahakar Mitra

The Sahakar Mitra scheme will help cooperative institutions access new and innovative ideas of young professionals while the interns will gain experience of working in the field to be self-reliant.

It will provide the young professionals an opportunity of practical exposure and learning from the working of NCDC and cooperatives as a paid intern.

It would also provide an opportunity to professionals from academic institutions to develop leadership and entrepreneurial roles through cooperatives as Farmers Producers Organizations (FPO).

In line with the AtmaNirbhar Bharat (Self Reliant India), it focuses on the importance of Vocal for Local.

The “SAHAKAR MITRA Scheme on Internship Program” (SIP) is an arrangement where NCDC will provide short term (not exceeding four months) opportunity to young professionals acquire learning experience by applying skills and knowledge in organizational context to facilitate professional development. The programme aims at providing an opportunity to professional graduates to get experience in areas of functioning of NCDC and related aspects of cooperatives.

1. The scheme is an initiative by the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), the cooperative sector development finance organization.
2. It aims to help cooperative institutions access innovative ideas of young professionals while the interns will gain experience of working in the field to be self-reliant.
3. The scheme is expected to assist cooperative institutions to access new and innovative ideas of young professionals while the interns gain experience of working in the field giving the confidence to be self-reliant.
4. Professional graduates in disciplines such as Agriculture and allied areas, IT etc. will be eligible for an internship.
5. Professionals who are pursuing or have completed their MBA degrees in Agri-business, Cooperation, Finance, International Trade, Forestry, Rural Development, Project Management etc. will also be eligible.
6. Each intern will get financial support over a 4 months internship period.

Under the scheme, professional graduates in disciplines such as Agriculture and allied areas,IT etc. will be eligible for internship. Professionals who are pursuing or have completed their MBA degrees in Agri-business, Cooperation, Finance, International Trade, Forestry, Rural Development, Project Managementetc. will also be eligible. NCDC has earmarked funds for Sahakar Mitra paid internship program under which each intern will get financial support over a 4 monthsinternship period. Online application portal for internship application available on NCDC website, was also launched by the Union Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare Minister.

देश में बेरोजगारी और कुशल काम काजी युवाओं की खासी कमी है। ऐसी कितनी ही रिसर्च के आंकड़े है जो भारत की युवाओं की काबिलियत पर उंगली उठाती है। इन रिसर्च में बताया गया है कि देश के लगभग 60 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक युवा नौकरी के लायक ही नहीं हैं। ऐसे में मोदी जी के आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनने का ख्वाब पूरा करने के लिए ही सहकार मित्र योजना की शुरूआत की गई है। इस योजना के माध्यम से देश के युवाओं को अलग अलग सेक्टर्स के लिए तैयार किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा उनकी रूचि इस इंटर्नशिप में बनी रहे इसके लिए उन्हे वेतन भी दिया जाएगा। NCDC की इस पहल के जरिए देश के युवा काबिल होंगे और खुद के व्यापार करने की हिम्मत भी जूटा पाएंगे।

Sahakar Mitra Yojana Eligibility

• Professional graduates in disciplines such as Agriculture and allied areas, IT, etc.
• Professionals who are pursuing or have completed their MBA degrees in Agribusiness, Cooperation, Finance, International Trade, Forestry, Rural Development, Project Management, etc.
• NCDC has designated funds for the paid internship program under which each intern will get financial support over a 4 months internship period.

Financial Support under this scheme

• The intern will be offered the following financial benefits during the course of SIP (4 months):
• Consolidated monthly amount of Rs. 10,000/- for 4 months towards partly meeting his/her out of pocket expenses Rs. 40,000
• Expenses related to report preparation (lumpsum amount towards data collection, analysis and preparation of report) Rs. 5,000
• Total Rs. 45,000

To apply for internship at first you have to visit the Official Website i.e sip.ncdc.in. This web portal is launched by the government for sahakar mitra internship. As we know this scheme is launched very recent so there is not much information available. 

Online application only shall be received. The portal is www.sip.ncdc.in, from here, you have to do the online registration process for your application. The internship form is available on the website and you have o submit it online.
