Update:- In All over Rajasthan their are Total 40 Thousand post are vacant in Education sector. In new Collages, their are 3 Thousand vacant posts according to data. Before this scheme Collages and school are working with 20% capacity.

To Improve the education system and give employment, Guest Faculty Recruitment is conducted in Rajasthan state. This Faculty will be recruited in Schools., Collages, and Government Institutes. Rajasthan government recently launch Vidya Sambal Yojana in all over the state. Under this scheme different departments related to education field like School, colleges, universities are covered under the scheme.

As we all know that the state is facing from faculty shortage from long time. This is due to recruitment of teachers not on time. So there is a huge shortage of teachers and faculty members in all over the education institutes.

To overcome this shortage Rajasthan government initiated and the start Vidya Sambal Yojana 2022. Under this scheme on a fix amount of salary teachers will be appointed in all over the Educational Institutes. On Tuesday a notification is released by the department. Under this scheme the third grade teachers will get 300 rupees per day and maximum 21000 rupees monthly that are appointed under Vidya Sambal Yojana.

Vidya Sambal Yojana will provide stability in the education system in Rajasthan state. Due to huge number of vacant posts in education department, students are frustrated and other teachers have extra load of work.

To overcome that’s State government decided to launch Vidya sambal yojana. When guest faculty appointed in Educational institutes, then students get regular classes and other teacher work load will be decreased Most of the people are welcome this decision of state government but unemployed youth is not happy. They are demanding regular basis recruitment of teacher in 2022.

Other than that financial great teachers will get 350 rupees per day allowance and maximum 25000 rupees monthly. Other than that the first grade teachers will get 400 rupees per day and 30000 rupees monthly payment, that are created under this scheme. As well as the the laboratory helper and technicians will also get 300 rupees per day and maximum to 21000 rupees monthly fixed by the government.

Key points of Vidya Sambal Scheme

• On the starting of session in every Institute they will calculate the the vacant post of teachers. After that recruitment will be conducted on the behalf of vacant posts.
• Other than that district collector or selected authority will recruit the gas teachers.
• When the academic year start then the committee will inform at the district headquarters and then applications will be invited. The selection of the guest teachers is based on their qualification, marks and their experience.
• One of the panel is is prepared for the qualified candidates at district level for the concern department. In this panel there are three candidates which are prepared for each post of vacancy. This panel will be selected as per block wise, subject wise and class wise.
• Take facility of guest teachers they have to submit a affidavit with the required documents.
• After monitoring the work of cash teachers, and to monitor their performances, allowance will be paid according to that.
• When the all vacant post of guest teachers will be filled then the recruitment process will be automatically closed.
• Since the post of teacher are not prepared in the hostels, there is no compulsion of vacancies for the coaching of respected subject in the hostels.
• For coaching the head of the institute can pay directly on their level according to the budget provision.

Selection process under Vidya Sambal Yojana

• When the institute release in notification regarding recruitment, before that they analyze all the vacant post in the respective Educational Institute.
• For this recruitment process of Educational institute, district collector have the proper right to recruit teachers under the scheme.
• The selection process of all the teachers will be totally based on the qualification, experience and marks.
• Selection panel will be appointed for this recruitment.
• At the time of application, applicant need to submit their all important documents and affidavit to the board.
• Finalize allowance will be provided after the selection of a respected teacher for respected post.

राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा कुछ दिनों पहले आई एक नई घोषणा में शिक्षा से जुड़ी एक नई योजना की शुरुआत की गई है. इस योजना का नाम है विद्या संबल योजना. इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के खाली पदों को भरा जाएगा. पदों में मुख्य रूप से प्रोफेसर, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, शिक्षक, लैब टेक्नीशियन एवं कुछ अन्य पद हैं. लेकिन सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि सरकार ने नियमित भर्ती ना निकालकर, इन पदों को अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में भरने का फैसला लिया है.

सरकार के इस कदम से बेरोजगार युवाओं में असंतोष है. इसके कारण बहुत से युवा निराश हैं कि सरकार ने रीट के माध्यम से की जाने वाली भर्ती के स्थान पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की भर्ती निकाली है. क्योंकि अतिथि शिक्षकों के लिए नियमित दे भुगतान राशि तय की गई है. इसके अलावा उन्हें प्रति घंटे के हिसाब से तथा मासिक एक सीमित राशि ही दी जाएगी. जो कि एक शिक्षक के पे स्केल से बहुत कम है.
