The government of Ashok Gehlot decided top provide the houses for the peoples on rent. The prices of the rent are Rs. 300 per month. The flats are construct under the affordable housing scheme and there are 7,000 1 BHK houses are vacant in the various cities in Rajasthan. Tenant is live in the house with Rs. 300 for the 10 years. Tenants are drafted the rent agreement to become the owner of the house for the 10 years for pay Rs. 300 per month.

For get the benefit with the scheme, families whose income is below then 3, 00,000 are apply for the scheme. Under the affordable housing scheme so many flats are constructed by the so many people are not do registration for these flats so state government decided to give these flats on the rent. There are 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats are available. The 1 BHK flats are of EWS category and super build up area for these flats are 380 sq. ft. The 2BHK flats are of the LIG category and area of these is 500 to 550 sq.ft.
