Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched the programme of physical distribution of Property Cards under the Swamitva scheme through video conferencing. The Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas (SVAMITVA) is a Central Sector Scheme, which was launched in April 2021 to provide the ‘record of rights to document the residential properties’ to village household owners in rural areas and issue Property Cards.

To apply Online for Sampatti card under PM Modi Swamitwa Yojana, you can complete the online application process through the steps given below-

  1. The selected beneficiaries under the Swami Pooja scheme will receive an SMS alert on their Aadhaar linked mobile number after the official launch of the ownership card scheme. Applicants should then follow the steps given below to apply for the property card online.
  2. After receiving the SMS alert from the PMO, a link will be received in the applicant’s inbox.
  3. Now you have to click on the link received on your mobile number.
  4. This redirects the beneficiary to the new registration page.
  5. Start registration for cards by entering basic details like Aadhaar and other information. After this, a form will open in front of you.
  6. In this form, you have to verify the details by entering all the necessary information and click on the submit button.
  7. After submission of this registration form, the system issues the property card.

  • यह कार्ड आपको जिला प्रशासन के पंचायती राज विभाग के द्धारा अथवा मोबाइल पर भेजे गये SMS के द्धारा प्राप्‍त होगा।
