Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme is a housing scheme launched by Andhra Pradesh state government and Construction Work start from 1st June. This housing scheme is specially launched for the economically weaker people of the state. Under this scheme around 25 lacs of people who belongs to Andhra Pradesh and are economically weaker will get their dream house.
All these houses will be made in next five years as per the promise of state government. This scheme is officially announced on 25 December 2020. The government has already identified around 30 lacs of people from all over the state and has distributed litigation-free areas to them.

18 November 2020 was the date when in a video conferencing, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh has given order to the officials for the implementation of this scheme. The chief minister has told and directed to the collectors of districts to complete all paper work and finalize the sites for the houses. Under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, cost of one house will be around 2 lacs and these houses will be given to beneficiaries for free of cost.
According to government they will fulfil the first phase of this scheme till 2023 and other 15 lacs houses will be constructed successfully with the Total cost of 28,800 crores rupees. Eligibility Criteria Of Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu
- This scheme is specially launched for the permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh, so candidate should be the permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- If the candidate is applying for house for free under this scheme he/she have all the documents such as BPL ration card, cast Certificate in case of SC, ST and income certificate, Aadhar Card for sure and any other identity proof to know the Permanent Residency.
- People who have annual income lies in between 3 lacs to 15 lacs can apply for the house under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme
- People with the annual income of 3 lacs to 6 lacs are eligible for the house in 150 sq. Yard
- Candidates whose income lies in between 6 to 12 lacs can apply for he 200 sq. Yard plot
- Candidates with the annual income of 12 to 18 lacs can apply for the 250 sq. Yard plot.
