- You need to visit the official website of the KSRTC Bus pass online application that is Seva Sindhu.
- On home page please hit the button Departments and Services.
- Now a New page is open in witch you need to chose Bangalore Metropolitan Corporation .
- Then Multiple options are open in drop down menu.
- Now chose Issuance of Student bus pass for Degree, Professional, Medical, Technical, Medical Evening and Ph.D. Students.
- Chose an option and a new page is opened with the Instruction page. Click on the apply button.
- Now a Application form is open on your screen. Enter basic details which are mentioned below…
- Admission Number
- Your Name
- Father’s Name
- Mother name
- Date of Birth
- Class
- School / College / Education Institutions full address Pin code.
- Gender, Aadhar Number, and category
- Cast Certificate Number ( For SC or ST students )
- Email Address and Mobile Number
- Address Details ( Permanent and correspondence )
- Bus Route From one place to another place name.

- Choose your semester, mobile number, email id, Aadhar number, and fee amount.
- After filling the form upload scanned copies of passport size photograph and signature.
- Now the next thing to upload is the School or college Fee Receipt. In this receipt, the admission number of students must be mentioned.
- Now Upload an Aadhar Card copy. Size not be more than 1MB.
- Now read all the necessary details and instructions, and then tick the declaration box.
- Next click on the generate OTP Button.
- Now this OTP is send to your registered mobile number. Fill this number in website and complete the registration.
- Now go to the payment page. On this page, you can pay the bus pass fee via various online modes.
- The online payment modes are Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI Payments.
- After payment, The KSRTC Students Buss Pass is generated. Download it and make it Print it out for any reference.

KSRTC Handicap Bus Pass Renewal

- On this page enter your Aadhar number in Digilocker and click o Next button.

- Now a Complete List of Documents is displayed as those already available in the DIGI Locker account.
- Now Click on Allow Button.

- In this page add details Like your complete name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Age, Gender, Your Father name, Old Pass Number, Your Aadhaar Number, Category and Type of Disability.
- Also, choose Disability Percentages like 40% or More.
- Also, choose Your Address 1, Then Address 2, Address 3.Your Country name, State name and Area Pin Code.
- At the End, Tick the Declaration box, and fill in the Captcha Code.
- Now Verify all the details and Then click on the submit button.
- Now It’s time to upload Documents, Attach Proof of residential area, Aadhar card, and Passport size photograph. Then click on Save Annexure.
