Hello Farmers. Today we are here to discuss a New Gujarat Government Scheme. The name of this scheme is “Kisan Suryoday Yojana”. In this post, we will give Brief details about this scheme. This scheme is also known as Kisan Sarvoday Yojana.
The second project, the Kisan Suryoday Yojana, aims at providing electricity to farmers during the day for agriculture, said state Energy minister Saurabh Patel. At present, the department has created 153 groups of farmers having agriculture connections, with half the groups getting electricity during night and the other half during day, he said.
Under this project, which would completed in around three years, we will provide electricity to all of them during the day said Patel. Gujarat Kisan Suryoday Yojana which aims to provide power for agriculture purpose to farmers in the daytime. In the first phase, three districts which are Dahod, Junagadh and Gir Somnath have been included under the project. The government has changed the name from Dinkar Yojana to Kisan Suryoday Yojana.
Kisan Suryoday Yojana 2022 Gujarat (Farmers Electricity) Application Form
This scheme launched to provide electricity to all the farmers during day time for the agriculture purpose. The energy minister Saurabh Patel said that name has been changed from Dikri Yojana to Kisan Sampada Yojana because it was a better name there is no other reason. Government is going to spend around Rs. 3500 Crore. State government has a plan to provide electricity to all the farmers during day time by 2022 Year.
To provide day-time power supply for irrigation, the Gujarat Government under Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani had recently announced the Kisan Suryoday Yojana. Under this scheme, farmers will be able to avail power supply from 5 AM to 9 PM. The state government has allocated a budget of Rs.3500 crore for installing transmission infrastructure under this scheme by 2023.
17.25 lakh farmers Get Electricity in This Scheme
234 ‘66-Kilowatt’ transmission lines, with a total length of 3490 circuit kilometers (CKM) will be established under the project, in addition to 220 KV substations. Dahod, Patan, Mahisagar, Panchmahal, Chhota Udepur, Kheda, Tapi, Valsad, Anand and Gir-Somnath have been included under the Scheme for 2022.
The remaining districts will be covered in a phase-wise manner by 2022-23. पीएम मोदी किसान सर्वोदय योजना का भी तोहफा राज्य को देंगे जिसके तहत खेती के लिए दिन के समय किसानों को बिजली प्रदान करने की योजना है। वर्तमान में राज्य में किसानों के 153 समूहों को कृषि के लिए बिजली के कनेक्शन प्रदान किए जाते हैं। इनमें से आधे को रात के समय और बाकी आधे को दिन के समय बिजली आपूर्ति की जाती है।
The scheme targets around 17.25 lakh farmers in the Gujarat state. Under the scheme, farmers will get electricity in 2 slots of eight hours each between 5 am and 9 pm. It has been a long pending demand of farmers in Gujarat to get electricity for agriculture purposes during daytime.
Kisan Suryoday Yojana Application Form / Registration Process
There Is only change in the Name of this scheme. The old name of this scheme is Kisan Suryoday Yojana. As the Gujarat government release ay type of information regarding application form, We will update this on our portal. Till then stay in touch with us. Farmers requires regular power supply since they risk exposure to poisonous insects and wild animals in the fields during night hours, among other reasons.
Availability of power in the day time and infrastructure to distribute the power are believed to be the major reasons why all the farmers are not getting the same in the daytime. So, to provide electricity to farmers in the day time, the government is upgrading its power infrastructure and increasing the power availability through renewable energy sources like solar energy and wind energy.
