JIO DLT Registration Steps

• Registration is the mean and initial step is to visit the official portal of jiotrueconnect.
• The official portal is:- https://trueconnect.jio.com/#/.
• On the homepage, you will see e many options like register now and sign in about us contact sales.
• You need to click on the register now button.

• After that, a new page will open on your screen.
• On this page, there are two options. The one is the Principal entity and the second one is the telemarketer.
• Now you need to choose the option principal entity.
• Then a new option is open on your screen in which they ask about whether are you already registered as a principal entity. If you are not registered already on the JIO DLT platform then choose option no.

• After that, a complete application form is opened on your screen. In this application form, you need to provide details which are mentioned below.
• The first thing you have to provide an authorized contact person. The organization name, organization category, TAN, or PAN number.

• Now you have to choose KYC document type and KYC document number.
• The next thing you have to do is to upload KYC document.

• Also upload PAN or TAN document.
• One thing you should know that at the time of upload your your KYC for Pan 10 number, the size of file is less than 5 MB and the file format should be JPG, jpeg, png or pdf.

• In the next step you have to enter your registered email ID and create a new password.
• Again confirm your password. Then enter mobile number. Mobile number should be correct because one OTP will be sent by JIO to your number.

• At the end give your organization’s address.
• Again cross check all the details and click on the submit button.
• After that OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter this OTP into the website and your mobile number verification will be completed.
• You will also get an email id from the side of JIO support regarding your application is received.

• When your JIO DLT Registration is completed you have to wait for two to three days for the final approval.
• When your entity will get an approval then you will get a email from the side of jio.

• You can check all the details by providing your email id and password.
• The next thing you have to do is to visit the JIO DLT website again and login with your credentials.

• The next thing you have to do is to add XYZ Groups (Chose your own) as your telemarketer in this account on the dashboard.

Add telemarketer in the JIO DLT

• When your registration process is completed the next thing you have to do is to add your telemarketer in the JIO DLT platform.
• For this you need to click on the campaign option and choose the option my telemarketer.
• Next thing you have to click on the manage telemarketer tab which is display on the right side of the screen.

• In the search box, you have to search your group name for eg “XYZ Group” and then press enter. Now the XYZ group will be visible in the options list of telemarketers.
• Now the following details will be displayed in your search for XYZ group
• Telemarketer name: XYZ groups telemarketer ID:-1234485038339392.
• The next thing you have to do is to drag and drop the row in which the details of the XYZ group have been shown on your screen.
• You have to drag the row from the list of telemarketers and place it at the high telemarketer table. After that, you can click on the apply button.
• Now a dialogues box will be available on the Windows screen. This box has a message that PE and TM mapping has been successfully completed.
• In this case, the PE is Principal entity e and the other option that is TN stands for a telemarketer. Connecting you have to click on the ok button.
