Eligibility Criteria and Documents Required

• First of all age matters, Candidate who is applying for Jan Seva Kendra should be at least 18 years old.
• You can only open Jan Seva Kendra in your village or area where you used to live in.
• Applicant should be at least 10th passed from any recognized board.
• There are some gadgets which are very necessary to have such as :
• Applicant should have two or more than two computers or laptops, hard disk, licensed operating system, Battery Backup (in case of power cut), web Cam, Printer, Scanner and a digital camera.
• You should have all the following documents such as (Aadhaar, Pan)
• Bank Account Number and IFSC code.
• Certificates of qualifications
• Picture of the place where the Jan Seva Kendra will be opened.
• Residential Address proof.
• Passport size photographs
• Mobile Number and
• E-mail address of the Candidate

• Now you will able to get an application form for Registration on your mobile or computer screen.
• Fill the form with all asked details such as :
• Applicant’s Name, E-mail Address, Mobile Number, Gender, Date of Birth, select State and Dist.,  Location Type and Authentication Type.
• After filling the captcha code click on Next tab.
• In Bank details column, give your whole details such as Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC Code.
• Upload the scanned copies of all the necessary documents such as Pan, Aadhar and Bank’s Passbook and click on Next Tab.
• Now fill all the remaining details in the Application form and after verification click on Submit button.
• Note down the reference number, that can be use for further procedure.

• If you want to see the status of your application, you can simply check it.
• Visit the official portal where you got registered for the scheme.
• Click on the Track Status link and enter your reference number and captcha code and click on their Submit button.
