Haryana one time registration portal will be closed on the 31st of August 2021. This one-time registration is especially for Group C and Group D posts. Department increases the deadline of registration. Right now the registration is open for class 10th and 12th passed students. This portal was launched in January 2021. Initially, the date for registration is 31st of May, then it was extended to June 30 and now again it extended to 31st of August.

Haryana One Time Registration Portal Apply Online

In this section, we will discuss how you can apply to register yourself on the Haryana one time registration portal by following few steps.

All the interested candidates who want to register themselves for group c and group D d jobs in Haryana can register themselves and fill the application form.

• Firstly you need to visit the official portal of Haryana one time registration.
• When you reach on the homepage of this portal you will see a home page like given below.

• To start your registration process you need to enter your mobile number, In the empty box.
• Click on the login button.

• Now automatically generated OTP will be sent to your mobile number, and you need to fill this OTP in the popup box and click on the submit button.
• Now the instruction manual will be open and a declaration form is open on your screen.

• Check the the declaration form and click on the I agree button.
• Now the application form is open on your computer screen and there are total six steps.
• In the step 1 you need to provide your residential details. In which you have to tell that you are a permanent resident of Haryana or not.

• Then provide the PPP registration id.
• Now in the next section you have to provide some basic details like your complete name, last name, father and mother name, your date of birth and gender, at the end your nationality.

• In below you have to check the declaration and click on the save draught. And then click on the next button.
• Now new section is open in which you have to give details about your marital status, your cast, subcategory, visible identity marks on your body, EWS certificate for ex-servicemen detail.

• No provide details about your disability. If you have any disability then provide the detail. Like sentence of disability, ticket number date of issue of certificate ect.
• Then you have a disability certificate then upload that certificate.
• In case you are a sports person, then provide the sports Graduation certificate which is issued by the sports and youth affairs department. In which you have to provide certificate number and date of issue.
• On the next part you have to upload your graduation certificate.
• Now the next section is FIR detail section. In this section if any FIR is lodged against you then you have to give information about that.

• So in this section you have to give FIR lodge number, FIR lodge near, state in which FIR is lodged and district and police station.
• Also upload the FIR copy.
• In the next section this is basically a disqualification detail section. In which you have to give some details about government service.
• The first section is age relaxation section. In which you have to enter age and interested job category.
• Next is to click on the declaration box and then click on the next button.
• The next section is communication details action. In this section you have to provide the address which is mentioned on the PPP. In the address section you have to give detail about your district, district Court town name, village name state name ward block. Also provide your email id in the last box.

• Again click on the checkbox if your correspondent address and permanent address are same.
• The next section which we need to fill is the education details action.
• In the education you have to provide some information like ok your result status, date of marksheet, number on marksheet, your examination roll number, total number of marks obtained, total percentage.
• Click on the save button and check the declaration box.
• Now click on the next button and now in the section upload your photo and signature soft copy.

• Again click on the declaration box and save the draught.
• When you reach the next section this is basically here socio economic criteria section.
• In this section you have to give detail about employment state, employment status, employment code of, job joining date, retirement date. If you are a pensioner then see PF ID, organization in which new job, type of organization, your designation in that job.

• In the next you have to answer question that is the applicant a widow.
• Next question is is is the father of the candidate is died or not.
• Incase candidate father is dead then enter the death certificate number and issue date.
• Also upload the death certificate.
• The next question is that is age relaxation is required for your work experience?
• Then give your answer yes or no.
• The next question is are you employee of Haryana government. Give your answer yes or no.
• Now click on the declaration box and save the draft.
• Now the last and final step is is to upload it the print and signed copy of application form.
