• On this page you have to enter your CAN (customer account number), consumer name, address, category and then enter PTIN.
• Next is to fill other details like Aadhaar number, again enter Aadhar number for confirmation, enter the OTP generated to your register mobile number into the website.

• Now fill the captcha code and then click on the save button.
• Now your screen will show a successful message that your name in the Aadhaar and the name in the CAN is successfully matched.

• Again we have to visit the official website of HMWSSB.
• Now choose free water supply option in the top menu bar.
• Now the new page is open which is is a free water supply scheme registration page.
• On this page you have to choose click here for Aadhaar linkage MSB/Colonies Connections.
• Now a new page is open on your screen.

• In the space you have to enter your CAN number.
• OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number automatically.
• Enter this OTP into the website. After the validation secure pin button will be displayed.

• Now you have to click on the generate secure pin.
• Now you have to enter pin and then confirm your Pin.
• Enter your 6 digit pin in the empty pin section and confirm your pin and then click on the save button.

• After that CAN details are shown on your screen.

• Interspace the consumer can change their flat number/ units. This will be changed by selecting the radio button as no.
• Now the consumer should have to enter their residential details like flats/ units, available number of flat units that are displaying on the CAN.
• Applicant should have to download the template. Option of download is available on the template.

• The applicant have to fill all the details. At the time of form filling he has to separate details with, in the given template.
• Then upload it by clicking on the option that is choose file button.
• Now the system has display you all the details of consumer, when you click on the upload button.

• Applicant can also edit his name. To do that he has to click on the edit button.

• Now you have to click on the yes button, and then a OTP is sent to your aadhar registered mobile number.
