- You can collect your Garba passes from the Bita office. For that you have to show your payment receipt for your past.
- If you are a male participant, you have to bring your photo ID proof any government recognised to collect your pass.
- BITA is not responsible for any harm injury property damage, natural disaster earthquake or any individual dispute.
- Registration for every mail participant is mandatory and they must have to wear a wristband.
- For this Garba event there is a traditional dress that is kurta Pajama and dhoti for males and Chaniya Choli for females is mandatory.
- Every one who should participate in this year by event maintain discipline and code of conduct at the ground.
- In case of consumer of alcohol, drug person refer to police and their pass will be seased without refund.
- The pass fee is known refundable.
- Timing of this Garba event is according to government rules and regulations.
