In Bihar Panchayat election dispute is started between the Election commission of India and the state election commission. The dispute is on EVM. Now the state election commission takes the Indian election Commission to court.
Till now there are two rounds of hearings is conducted in court. The third hearing will be on the 6th of April. After the two rounds of negotiation, there is no result found.
The state election commission said that the election held in Bihar regarding Vidhan Sabha is conducted with EVM. But now there is a Panchayat election and we want that is election also conducted with EVM, but the Indian election Commission did not give NOC. Eligibility Criteria of Panchayat Election
- अगर किसी व्यक्ति को विधानसभा चुनाव में नाम था पर अब पंचायत सूची में नाम नई आया है तो वो व्यक्ति आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकता है ।
- अगर किसी व्यक्ति का विधानसभा चुनावमें नाम नहीं था लेकिन अब पंचायत चुनाव में सूची में नाम आज्ञा है तब भी वो व्यक्ति आपृत्ती कर सकता है ।
- कोई व्यक्ति 1 जनवरी 2021 को 18 वर्ष पूरे कर चुका है तो वो भी मतदान करने का अधिकार रखता है।
- अगर किसी व्यक्ति का एक वार्ड से दुसरे वार्ड में नाम अंकित हुआ गई तो आपत्तिजताई जा सकती है ।
- प्रिंटिंग में अगर कोई ग़लती हुई है तो उसमे भी संशोधन करवा सकते हैं ।
- बिना नोटिस के किसी का नाम सूची में से हटाया नई जा सकेगा ।हर एक व्यक्ति का नाम हटाने से पहले उसकी जांच को जाएगी।

Bihar Panchayat Chunav Rules And Regulation
- For Bihar Panchayat Chunav if any candidate want to make meeting then he had to take permission before that. In this first Come First serve policy will be apply.
- It means that if you firstly take permission for meeting, then you will get first priority.
- Candidate didn’t get permission for election campaign in any government premises.
- No one is allowed to create disturbance near election booth. If anyone found he will go to jail. This notification is released by State Election Commission.
- According to news the election will be conducted in the month of May, but the official dates are not announced yet.
- Loudspeakers are not allowed on voting date.
- In case your house is near to election booth, then you are not allow to create disturbance.
- In in that case person will get punishment with imprisonment which is up to 3 months with fine.
- Anyone who is shout at the near of polling station is also getting the same punishment.
