This company is made by a partnership of companies like coal Indian Limited (CIL), NTPC, and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) these companies are the promoters of the fertilizers of companies FCIL (Fertilizers Corporation of India Limited and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) they both are the other two companies with is joint with the HURL.
In the HURL three companies are called the promoters of the company’s name CIL, NTPC, and IOCL. These companies are working under the central government of India. They are also connecting with the natural gas and Oil, power ministry of coal. These three companies have equal partnerships in all their work.
The other two companies FCIL and HFCL have a share of 11% share in the HURL.

Every year India Import the Urea of 63.12 LMT and its production in the country is 241 LMT and it is consumed by the user 305.48 LMT.
