The news from sources is that Chandigarh Housing Board  (CHB) will build 28 flats which will be 4 BHK, 448 flats will be 3 BHK, and 252 flats, 2 BHK.

CHB ( Chandigarh housing board ) will implement this project on two plots, with areas of 10.51 acres and 6.43 acres. These towers or buildings will have two basements with an arrangement of parking for two cars for each flat and there will be surface parking for visitors.
