Haryana Government always tries to provide better education facilities to the children of Haryana. Recently Haryana state government has launched a official portal named Umeed Career Portal to improve the status of education in Haryana.
With this official portal Haryana Government will provide counseling and career guidance to 10th and 12th students of Haryana. Government have been opened Umeed Career Centers in different districts of the state to provide guidance about career to students.

Umeed Career Portal Eligibility Criteria / Documents
- The students must be permanent resident of Haryana he should have the proof of residency such as (Aadhar Card, voter Card, pan card and ration card etc. )
- The Applicant must be government school’s students and he/she should have all necessary education details such as mark sheets of 10th and 12th.
- Annual income certificate of the student’s family.
- Passport size photograph of students.
- Registered mobile number of students or any family member.

Teachers will be included in the first session and students in the second session. For taking benefits of this portal you have to registered yourself. You can login into this portal by following simple steps given below :
- Go to the official portal of education department www.umeedcareerportal.com
- On home page you can see login option.
- Click on login and enter your SRN number if your are a students. And if you are a teacher login by entering your school id.
- Enter your password and captcha in the box below. After that click on login button.
- After login you can see all details about courses, college , exams etc.
Note : If you are a students and you do not have your SRN number to login into this portal then take it from your school teacher or principal.
