Established in 2020 by IU’s manager Bae Jong Han, EDAM Entertainment is a South Korean entertainment agency and record label, with Kakao Entertainment as its parent company. EDAM is spelled as the reverse form of MADE, indicating its intention to build a better future for generations to come. Coming up, EDAM Entertainment will hold an audition in 2024.

• The organization was created by the CEO of EDAM Entertainment, who has been supporting IU since her debut, and this is the first time the group has held Edam Entertainment Audition to choose trainees.
• Since its initial foundation, EDAM Entertainment has been on the lookout for its next IU. They are looking for performers who are comparable to IU as a result.
• In particular, EDAM Entertainment made a social media announcement announcing that they will be having their first IU audition since their founding.

Edam Entertainment Audition Requirements for Singers

• Videos of one K-pop song and one pop song being performed (total of two songs).
• Each movie is under 10 minutes long and is in MP4, MOV, or AVI format.
• Please refrain from posting videos with distorted audio or out of focus.
• Profile photo:- JPG, GIF, or PNG formatted front upper body picture
• It is necessary to include the original, unedited photograph.
• Videos of you dancing and playing musical instruments are optionally included.

Actor Requirements

• Free-acting video (with no regard to genre)
• Each movie is under 10 minutes long and is in MP4, MOV, or AVI format.
• Please refrain from posting videos with distorted audio or out of focus.
• Profile photo:- Five total images: a front close-up, front, left, and right upper body shots, and a full body shot.
• JPG, GIF, and PNG formats
• It is necessary to include the original, unedited photograph.
• Videos of you dancing and playing musical instruments are optionally included.

Important Tips Regarding Audition

• Along with the application paperwork, kindly supply the materials needed for each application area. Materials submitted will not be considered for the first round of evaluation if they are inadequate or not attached.
• Modified or out-of-focus photographs for the linked profile images will also be disqualified from the first round of evaluation.
• The items you provide won’t be returned, and after their intended use has been fulfilled, we’ll trash them.
• Rejected candidates will not get personal notifications. Please be understanding as we ask.
• If you have a high fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or above) or respiratory symptoms the day of the offline individual audition, you will not be permitted to participate.
